Training & Career Progression
Selected candidates will undergo a 1-year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) program, which includes:
#Classroom Training: 6 months (₹5,000 per month stipend)
#Internship: 2 months (₹15,000 per month stipend)
#On-the-Job Training (OJT): 4 months
After completion of training, candidates will receive a salary between ₹6.14 LPA and ₹6.50 LPA.
Service Bond
#Candidates must serve a minimum of 3 years after joining the bank.
#If they leave before 3 years, they must pay a penalty of ₹2 lakh.
