1. Employment Exchange Registration: Candidate must be registered in any Employment Exchange of Assam.

2. Government Employees: Those in service should submit NOC from their employer.

3. PwBD: Candidates must possess Person with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) Certificate.

4. Caste Certificate: Required for SC/ST(P)/ST(H)/OBC/MOBC/Reserved categories.
