Federal Bank Office Assistant Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have:

  • Passed 10th Standard (SSLC) or equivalent

  • Candidates must not have passed Graduation

Candidates who have already completed graduation are not eligible to apply.

Age Limit (as on 01.12.2025)

  • Minimum Age: 18 years

  • Maximum Age: 20 years

  • Date of Birth must be between 01 December 2005 and 01 December 2007 (inclusive)

Age Relaxation

Upper age relaxation up to 5 years is applicable for:

  • SC / ST candidates

  • Candidates who previously served or are serving in Federal Bank as temporary Office Assistant / Bankman / Driver / Caretaker (empanelled on or before 01.12.2025)

Domicile Requirement

The candidate’s place of domicile must be:

  • In the same district of the notified branch/office
    OR

  • Within 20 KM radius of the notified branch/office

Other Requirements

  • Minimum one-month Microsoft Office training certificate

  • Candidate must be a citizen of India

  • Possession of a valid Driving License is desirable

Selected candidates will receive the following pay scale:
