Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Applicants must possess any one of the following qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent in coaching from SAI NS-NIS, Patiala or any other recognized Indian or foreign university
- Participation in Olympics, Paralympics, Asian Games, or World Championships with Certificate Course in Coaching
- Dronacharya Awardee
Age Limit
Upper age limit is 30 years as on the opening date of online application.
Age relaxation is applicable for SC, ST, OBC, Ex-servicemen, departmental candidates, and contractual employees of SAI as per Government rules.

Salary / Pay Scale
Selected candidates will be appointed in Pay Level 6 with a salary of Rs. 35400 to Rs. 112400. In addition, Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Transport Allowance, medical benefits, and other allowances will be applicable as per Central Government rules.
Selection Process
The selection process consists of two stages:
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Coaching Ability Test (CAT)
The final merit list will be prepared with 40% weightage for CBT and 60% weightage for CAT.
