Eligibility Criteria Of SBI CBO Recruitment ?
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Central Government. Candidates possessing professional qualifications such as Engineering, Medical, Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant are also eligible.
Age Limit
As on 31 December 2025, candidates must be not below 21 years and not above 30 years.

- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 Years
- PwBD (SC/ST): 15 Years
- PwBD (OBC): 13 Years
- PwBD (GEN/EWS): 10 Years

Experience
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience as an officer as on 31 December 2025. The experience should be gained in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank listed in the Second Schedule of the Reserve Bank of India. Candidates are required to submit a certified job profile from their existing or previous employer at the time of selection.
Local Language
Candidates applying for vacancies of a particular circle must be proficient in reading, writing and understanding any one of the specified local languages of that circle. The local language proficiency test will be conducted as part of the selection process. Candidates who have studied the specified local language as one of the subjects in Class 10 or Class 12 are exempted from appearing in the language test.

Salary / Pay Scale 2026
The selected candidates will be appointed in Junior Management Grade Scale-I. The starting basic pay is ₹48,480/- in the pay scale of 48480–2000/7–62480–2340/2–67160–2680/7–85920. Officers will also be entitled to DA, HRA or lease rental, CCA, PF, NPS, medical benefits and other allowances as per State Bank of India rules.
