Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline with minimum 60% marks from a recognized university.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience preferably in Government/Semi-Government sector or similar agency. Experience in similar role will be given preference.

  • Fluency in English, Assamese and Hindi
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Internet usage
  • Stenography knowledge will be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities Of FREMAA PA to CEO Post

  • Assist the CEO in drafting, official communication and coordination work.
  • Handle receipt and dispatch of official documents and files.
  • Manage emails, schedule meetings, appointments and tour diary of the CEO.
  • Maintain office records and assist in administrative tasks.
