Pay Scale: Rs. 14,000 – Rs. 70,000 (PB-2) + Grade Pay Rs. 6,800/- plus other allowances as per Govt. of Assam rules.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
-
HSLC or equivalent passed from a recognized board.

Must hold National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) or National Trade Certificate (NTC) in relevant trade.

1 year Industrial/Teaching Experience desirable.

Citizenship: Must be an Indian Citizen and registered in Employment Exchange of Assam.
Age Limit (As on 01.01.2025)

Minimum Age: 18 years

Maximum Age: 40 years

SC/ST (P)/ST (H): 5 years

OBC/MOBC: 3 years

Selection Process
Selection will be done in two phases:
Phase I – Written Test (100 Marks)

Subject Knowledge: 60 Marks

General English: 10 Marks
-
General Knowledge: 15 Marks

Basic Digital Literacy: 15 Marks
(Duration: 2 Hours, No negative marking)
Phase II – Skill Test (50 Marks)

Shortlisted candidates (1:4 ratio) will appear in Skill Test in Guwahati.
Final Selection: Merit list prepared based on Written Test + Skill Test marks.
